LWML 41st Biennial Convention

June 26-29, 2025 - Omaha, Nebraska

Greetings from District President Carolyn Holbrook

March 2025

As I look out the window today, the sun is shining, and the sky is a beautiful blue. Such joy sunshine brings unless you also happen to either go outside or catch a glance at the temperature. Then you realize that winter is still here. We know how quickly time passes. Before long, even summer will be here!

Are you dreaming of your summer vacation? Have you thought about joining with women across the nation in the "Heartland" to worship with your Sisters-in-Christ at the LWML Convention? The 41st Biennial LWML Convention will be held June 26–29, 2025, in Omaha, Nebraska. The theme is Growing in God's Grace,  based on 2 Peter 3:18: But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ).

As always, the best of the best in speakers, music and worship will contribute to the

Omaha Convention Center

event as the business of LWML is conducted, mission grants are chosen, and offerings   will be given to support worthy organizations. And, of course, the exhibits and shopping at the LWML Shop! Join with your old friends and make new friends as we experience "Nebraska Nice!”

Most of the details are in the most recent Lutheran Woman's Quarterly, Winter 2024 in the "centerfold". Registration began online March 1 st. Once you are registered you will receive a link to the hotels with the special convention pricing. There will be a free trolly for many of the hotels to transport you to the CHI Convention Center. Join us for an inspiring adventure!

Blessings,
President Carolyn
