What a blessing is has been to attend several of the fall zone rallies! Each one is special and unique with the commonality of serving the Lord with gladness! The work you are doing in your zone is providing Bible studies, encouraging spiritual growth, assisting with mission projects, and raising mites. I imagine the Lord smiling down and saying, "Well done, servants of the Lord!"
We have entered Advent and are nearing Christmas. Winter is just around the corner and with it comes weather, which often lends more to inside time. During your devotion times, please keep our LWML in your prayers. We need to pray for encouraging more women of all ages to more actively participate in LWML. We need to pray that the Lord will continue to bless the mites which provide support to our mission grants. We need women to say "YES!" to serving on committees and willingness to become candidates for local, zone, and district offices. We need YOU!
The theme for the District Convention in Spokane, Washington, July 10-12, 2026, is "Here I AM! Send Me." From Isaiah 6:8. Pray about joining ladies in your church to go to Spokane for a wonderful, spirit-filled event. Our Bible Study/Keynote Speaker is Deb Burma, author of so many wonderful Bible studies. Our Friday evening worship will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church where Rev. Dr. Michael Von Behren is our Proclaimer. Our Mission Walk takes place along the river which runs right outside the door of the Ruby River Hotel where we hold the convention. Come join us!
